This policy outlines the safety guidelines for passengers onboard our boat. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Please read and understand these guidelines before boarding.

1. Life Jackets

• U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets mandatory for all passengers 13 years and under while the boat is underway.

• Adult Life jackets are available onboard in the seats.

2. Passenger Conduct

• Follow the instructions of the captain.

• Remain seated while the boat is in motion, unless instructed otherwise by the captain.

• Do not stand on seats, railings, or the bow of the boat.

• Avoid horseplay, running, or jumping around the boat.

• Do not interfere with the operation of the boat or its equipment.

• Be aware of your surroundings and potential hazards.

3. Alcohol and Drugs

• Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited by minors onboard the boat.

• Passengers arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to board.

• Intoxication can impair judgment and coordination, increasing the risk of accidents.

4. Emergency Procedures

• Listen carefully to the crew's instructions in case of an emergency.

• Remain calm and cooperate with the crew.

• Do not abandon the boat unless instructed to do so by the captain.

5. Additional Information

• Personal belongings are brought at your own risk. The boat operator is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

• Please dispose of waste responsibly in designated bins.

• Feedback and suggestions regarding safety are welcome and encouraged.
